Unlike our competitors, our differentiator is that we have worked in SME, corporate and government in senior and middle management roles.
Together with our specialist knowledge across the various business disciplines, this combined expertise and experience give us empathy and a pragmatic insight unlike our competitors. We have also set up and run a large number of successful organisations and businesses.
One of the main determinants in setting the business up was the overwhelming feedback from clients in our other businesses, that many advisors and consultants lacked hands-on experience and instead relied on purely process-driven solutions.
The net results of which were a lack of tangible benefits and costly for little or no return.
