Shaun is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of business experience and is responsible for managing the financial side of the business and contributing to its strategic direction. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Shaun had spent 15 years in practice as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and PwC before setting up his own vocational training business. Additionally, he also enjoyed roles in business development with a Plc and SME advisory services before making his subsequent return to public practice in 2014.
Shaun has been working in the profession involved working specifically with business owners, advising on business plans, raising finance and making acquisitions.
Calling on years of accumulated hands-on practical experience, Shaun has excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with both individual investors and senior management within investee companies. He also has a wide network of contacts built up during his career.
He is a past President of Staffs, Salop & Wolverhampton Society of Chartered Accountants, a past Governor and Chair of the Finance and General Purposes Committee at Penn Hall School, Wolverhampton and a past Board Member at both Wolverhampton Chamber of Commerce and Wolverhampton Homes Limited.
